We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items that have been returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any return questions you can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damage and problems
Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sales items or gift certificates.
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted you will need to make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Pets must be supervised when playing with toys. Immediately remove the toy from the pet if any part becomes loose or dislodged. Keep out of reach of pets when not in use. Remove all packaging material and dispose of properly, or store in a safe place, if applicable.
Please note that our returns policy does not include clothing, which is permanently sold for hygienic reasons. Also, no edible treats will be refunded or eligible for store credit if the cat ore dog doesn’t like them.
